Credit Card Payment Instructions

STEP 1

Create a New Account

To create a new account. Please click her

  1. Enter your email address and password in the registration form’s respective fields.
  2. Click “Register” when done
  3. A verification link will be sent to your email address. Please verify your email before proceeding with the credit card checkout.

Log into your existing account

  1. If you haven’t logged in yet, please log in
  2. Go to your Account Details page
  3. Enter you Username and Password
  4. Click “Log In” when done

STEP 2

Add products to your cart and CHECKOUT

  1. Browse the store and add products to your cart,
  2. Once you are ready, completed the order by selecting to Checkout button.
  3. At the Checkout, you will notice a credit card payment option
  4. Select that option if you choose to pay with Credit Card

Please make sure to Log Out and Verify your email address by hitting the link sent to your email address.

If you have already Logged In or still Logged In, remember to confirm your LogOut before hitting the verification link sent to your email address.

Once done properly, you will be asked to Log In again.

STEP 3

Start Verification Process

If it is your first time using the Credit Card Checkout option, an ID verification will be required to process your creditcard. To begin, just select the Start Verification button.

  1. We use Didit.me to verify your identity.
  2. Didit.me is a third party KYC platform that helps us verify our creditcard customers. So they can have access to creditcard payments.

STEP 4

a) Didit ID Verification

Once started, you will be asked to scan the QR code located on your screen.

  1. Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera

b) Accessing the Camera on your smartphone

Once you are connected via your smartphone,  you will be asked to

  1. Take a photo of your drivers licence
  2. Take a selfie of yourself with the front facing camera on your smartphone.

STEP 5

Verification

The verification process will take less than 60 seconds once you have completed the ID verification steps. Your results will be displayed directly on your mobile device. Upon successful verification, the credit card payment option will become available at checkout. A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address

  1. Remember to refresh your screen or re-log into your account, so you can input your credit card details into the fields provided.
  2. If the confirmation is accidently sent to your spam/junk email folder, please drag that email to your inbox so you can stay up-to-date with your orders.

STEP 6

Entering your Credit Card Information

Once you are verified, you will notice the credit card payment gateway appear at checkout.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Add your products to your shopping cart
  3. Navigate to the checkout page

***If after you are verified and you still don’t see the credit card option, give it a minute to load. If after that minute you still do not see the credit card option, please contact us via live chat or email

STEP 7: (Please Note***)

Bank Statement – *Please Note*

On your credit card bank statement, your purchase will appears as either;

  1. Didii Payments
  2. Didii Management
